What is the “Freestyle Cruising” style of Norwegian Cruise Line?

It is a flexible approach to cruising where there are no fixed times to eat nor strict dress codes. You can dine where and when you want, choose among multiple restaurants, and design your day according to your preferences.

What does the cruise price include?

The price includes accommodation, meals at main restaurants, access to shows and entertainment, use of pools and gym, and onboard activities. It does not include shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, tips or premium services.

What is the “More at Sea” program?

“More at Sea” is a promotion that allows you to choose free benefits such as unlimited drinks, dinners at specialty restaurants, shore excursions, Wi-Fi or discounts for the third and fourth passenger.

Are drink packages available?

Yes. Norwegian offers packages like the “Premium Beverage Package” (alcoholic drinks, cocktails, beers, wines) and the “Corks and Caps” (select wines and beers). There are also non-alcoholic options.

Is it mandatory to give tips?

Norwegian applies an automatic daily service charge (tips). You can pay it in advance or it will be added to your onboard account.

Can you bring food or drinks onboard?

Bringing alcoholic beverages is not allowed (except wine with corkage fee). Perishable food is also not allowed, although some packaged products for special diets or medical needs are accepted.

Can I celebrate a special occasion onboard, like a birthday or honeymoon?
